Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Exquisite Plans LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy ensures we can offer competitive rates and flexible payment plans.
Travel Documents: It's your responsibility to obtain and carry all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas. Please consult the relevant consulates or visa agencies for specific requirements. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates, and some countries may require blank visa pages. Information provided in our travel descriptions is intended for U.S. citizens only. Non-U.S. citizens should verify entry requirements with the appropriate consulates.
Travel Protection: To safeguard your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This can provide coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, baggage loss or delay, medical expenses, and more. We offer a variety of travel insurance providers; please inquire for more information.
Seat Assignments & Pricing: Seat assignments are determined by the airline and are in economy class. Prices are subject to change without notice, so we encourage you to book early to secure the current rate.
Payment Plans & Roommates: To maintain your reservation, please adhere to the specified monthly payment schedule. If you're sharing a room, ensure your roommate also makes timely payments.
Name Changes: A $200 fee will be charged for name changes made before the final payment deadline. After the deadline, a $250 fee plus any additional vendor fees may apply.
Late Fees: A $50 per person late fee will be automatically added to your account three days after a missed payment. To avoid late fees, please contact management for approval of any late payments before the deadline.
Reinstatement Fees: If payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be canceled. To reinstate your booking, a $200 per person fee will be automatically added to your account. Please note that reinstating your reservation may result in a higher rate.
Roommate Matching: We do not offer a roommate matching program. However, you may inquire on any of our social media sites at your own risk.
